A key to meaningful tribute is the design and creation of symbols that contain both an artistic beauty and contextual meaning.  The Medalcraft Mint of Green Bay, Wisconsin utilizes their own inhouse artistry to honor their people for their service and loyalty.

While, on the surface, they use this familiar artistry for a customary program, they have a unique approach to honoring their people that we believe is unique and inspiring.  First, they craft each five year milestone memento into a design that honors their values.  For example, for five years, they not only honor time, they acknowledge passion and creativity

Secondly, their program design has a very real pay-it-forward element, since the recipient of their first five year memento also receives a custom made shadow box with inserts for future year service awards.  We like that upfront expectation of loyalty and commitment by the company toward their employees.
