The quality of Chevron Phillips' Environmental, Health and Safety performance hinges on the attention of the business units to the company's commitment to conducting business in a safe, injury free and environmentally responsible manner.  This award design is presented annually to business and manufacturing sites for their successful adherence to these high standards.  Our unique custom design features three color circular elements symbolic of their commitment to clean air, water and land.  The resulting presentation is a visible reminder to recipients of their ongoing commitment to the environment, health of their employees and stewardship of the environment.  The award is suitably named "harmony".
