Recognition Programs

Visible Applause helps industry organizations and professional societies pay tribute to deserving members through service and achievement recognition programs. We also help public or private companies honor their outstanding contributors through corporate recognition programs. In either case, our focus is to work with the client to create a recognition program that is unique to the organization; customized with its values and its purpose as our guiding principles.

Physical awards we create that are part of these recognition programs must be meaningful to the recipient as well as to their leadership; a unique symbol that will be cherished by those recognized for their achievements. • The Associated General Contractors of America presents annual awards in a variety of categories to their membership; a recognition program similar in concept to the Academy Awards in the film industry. Visible Applause helped them to create their unique symbol of tribute.
• The Recognition Program adapted by Memorial Hermann includes an annual award bestowed upon the employee who best personifies the character and values of one of their most beloved leaders. Visible Applause, with the assistance of our artisan partners, helped to transform selected employee design submissions into this work of art.
