Our 3DR process is comprised of three action steps that cause a predictable outcome. Our goal with each program design is to craft personal expressions of approval for work that matters – to you!
The first step is Discovery – the identification of those endeavors by your people that are most important to you and that contribute most significantly to the organization’s success. Our questionnaire is designed to uncover those preferences against a master list of key result areas, values, behaviors and milestones.
Next, we will make a recommendation for a Design phase to present concepts that you can implement to give you options to personally honor those most important. The deliverables for this step can include tribute criteria, theme and story development, symbol design and sourcing, ritual development and presentation staging and choreography.
The third step is Disclose – via the lunch of the program, which is now a tailored strategy that pays tribute to your most desired results, behaviors, values, or milestones.
