Many Visible Applause clients initially seek us out because they are looking for a meaningful, heartfelt way to honor those leaders in their organization who have achieved something out of the ordinary. Visible Applause believes wholeheartedly in the vital role of strong leadership in the engagement of employees and in the overall success of the organization.
When our clients wish to pay tribute to one of their key leaders, Visible Applause partners with the client and with a selected artisan partner; crafting custom leadership awards that best convey the organization’s gratitude. These leadership awards are individually designed to represent the values and vision of the organization and to clearly communicate their commitment to and appreciation for leaders who embody those values.
